Healthy main and healthy body.

There are so many problems because people use many gadgets in life. This problems lead to serious consequences. What would you do if you didnt have your mobile phone your MP3 player or your games console? Believe it or not. you might be better off. But if you ail anything diseases you must see a doctor. This diseases is shoulder strain blurred vision upset stomach.

Earphones play the music directly into your ear canal. You schoudnt listening to music long time It can cause hearing loss.

Also many people have drag and natural remedy. But many products can help your health and you can be better off/.For example garlic. Garlic has a bad reputation because of its strong smell but its great for your immune system, Or if you have an upset stomach? You could try chewing a piece of ginger. You can also do this before a jounery if you suffer from travel sickness. As for me healthy is very important for people. You mist do sport and eat vell!

How to resists peer pressure.

To begin with  problems ways for students to resists peer pressure. How to resists peer pressure? I think this problem can be solved by talking a decision
.One way of solving the problem is trusts your own feelings and know your personal limits. it is very important it would be good results to might be able to give you helpful advice as they probably have experience with peer pressure too. Also you must be carefull in communicated with people.Secondly You should choose you friends carefully. If your friends share you beliefs you will reduce the amount of peer pressure you may experience.

A Holiday remember

One holiday last winter my family and i went on a hiking trip in the countryside. It was my birthday. We   had planned to stay at a hotel with my friends and parents.
After that we were playing and running. As we were walking late on Friday afternoon we was in the forest and running. We were tired. The weather was very sunny and fine. The next moment we saw shop and go there  we bought ice cream and go home. In this time my mum was cooking cake It was very bright and delicious cake!

New year holiday.

I had Christmas holiday in winter. My family and i were celebrating  New year! It was very magic and funny time for me. I spend my time at home with family and i was helping parents.
On 31 of December we usually decorate a Christmas tree and were cooking main traditional dish. In New year night we gived gifts for my friends and my parents.I and my grandmam were singing while my mum cut fruits. After that we were waiting other guests. The main event in this moment was give gifts and to think a desire. After all guests was coming and we gived Christmas presents.
My presents was very unusual and funny. I was happy and i had many impressive. Every present was different and intrensting! Next we were taking family photos and saw fireworks.
In the end we went home with wondeful impressive. and remember this wondeful holiday.

Work and play

I known many different Jobs. For example sport coach, secretary, nurse, flight attendant and other. Jobs are very difficult, well paid, easy. Each person chooses job himself.
In school people learn many intersting subjects, facts, information and discovered many intersting things!
After school students have many exams and go to the university.
After people have good education and get a job. Proffesion can be different too.People get salary or wages. Some people work shifts or on their own. For example A smokjumpers duties are not easy. They have to do long, tough training before they can become part of a team. Smokejumpers need to be very good parachutists and known how to read maps to get out of a forest safely. People think that smokejumpers have a very dangerous job, but we dont see it like that.
When people want work in anything company or find job,people write wanted and after this you can work in anything work!
Many students find job in internet, but each student can work delivery secretary secret shopper and camp counsellors. There also some jobs avilable on university campuses. Also many students volunteer for these types of projects.
Each people must work well!

My first experience of metting Americans

My first experience was very interesting and fine. I learned a lot of information about America. I think American people  liked it at our school and they come to us again. I would very much like to look at their school. the day of arrival of American friends , I was very happy. Also i talk about pen friends with other countries. I want talk with Americans friends in pen friends or in different social network. I learned that the pen friends with other countries will show pleasing and exciting to me!

My favourite food

I have four meals a day.I have breakfast lunch tea time and dinner. My favourite food is meat and fish. Sometimes i eat fish and sometimes meat.I like Healthy food. I eat bread and cookies and drink a cup of tea for breakfast. Also i eat a stawberry. I like different soup and bread. I eat many friuts and vegatables. I like lemon grapes banana and orange. I like a tub of ice cream for dessert.

I like italian cuisine I like pizza spaghetti bolognese. It is very deliсious for me.
Also i like seafood. I like prawns cod and trout. As for me i like prawns because it is a very delicious and cook special recipe.
Sometimes i drink tea and juice. i have good  meals a day.
