Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to complain about an guality my new jacket, I placed through your website www.greatshopping.com on 7th December. Unfortunately, I experienced a number of problems with the product, as detailed below.

I ordered a green jacket made of silk and, despite the promise that I would receive the send my Jacket in free dry cleaning. My Jacket send in the dry cleaning, but unfortunately It didnt arrive until  18th December, over 11 days later. To make matters worse, when i eventually received the jacket , it was badly scratched.

Furthermore the product  description on your site stated that a case was included.
