How to be healthy

People must play sport and have diet. It is very important for people.
In medicine there are many different diseases that are harmful to human body. Diseases could be dangerous easy and spicy. After that people must go to the hospital and take special pills.
And i known main rules how to be healthy
Also you mustnt spend many time in gadgets. You can have hearing loss and shoulder strain.
Earphones play the music directly into your ear canal. The type of music doesnt matter but the volume on your MP3 player does. It can cause hearing loss. You mustnt listening to music long time.
You must get the sleep you need. If you sleep bad at night you have insomnia. You could close your eyes and relax.
I think people must play sport regularly.
And you ll feel better!
